Astris

Terms of Sale

These terms govern every purchase made from this website. By buying a title you accept them.

01Who you are buying from

The seller is Astris, trading as Astris Publishing, contactable at contact@astrispublishing.company.

02What is sold

We sell digital books and printable documents, supplied as downloadable files. No physical goods are shipped. Nothing sold here is a subscription: each purchase is a single payment for a single title, and no recurring charge is created.

03Price, currency and tax

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include value added tax where it is due. The price displayed at the moment of purchase is the price charged. Your card issuer may apply its own conversion if your account is held in another currency. A receipt is emailed for every payment.

04Delivery

We deliver by email to the address you enter at checkout, normally within minutes of payment and always within 24 hours. The email holds a download link that lasts 30 days and works as many times as you need. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder and then write to us. We resend by hand, and we never charge for that.

05Refunds and withdrawal

Because the file is delivered immediately, refunds depend on whether the download link has been used. The full rules are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

06What you may do with the book

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read, store and print the file for your own use. Please don’t resell it, republish it, share it publicly, upload it to a file-sharing service, or use its contents to train a machine learning model. Copyright stays with Astris or the author.

07Availability and changes

We may withdraw, revise or re-price a title at any time. A change never affects a purchase you have already made. The edition you bought stays available to you for the life of your download link, and if we revise a book you own we send you the new edition free.

08Liability

We are liable for what the law requires us to be liable for and no more. Where liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the title in question. Nothing here restricts your statutory rights as a consumer.

09Law and disputes

As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law where you live, and you can bring a claim there. Write to us first though. Most things are settled in one email.
